Common questions

Is a Zoom visit as good as coming in?

For the right kind of visit, yes — follow-ups, med checks and result reviews often go faster by video. But we won't pretend video works for everything. When you need an exam, we'll tell you.

Can prescriptions be handled over video?

Many refills and medication checks can. Some situations require an in-person visit first, and we'll tell you which is which before you waste a trip.

What if Zoom doesn't work on my end?
