Rapid tests skip the lab round-trip. During a sick visit, a quick swab can sort flu from COVID from strep, and results come back before you leave. You and Latoya talk through what it means and what the next step looks like while it's all fresh.
What's tested on site
These run as part of a regular appointment — no separate trip, no multi-day wait. If a result comes back negative but your symptoms point somewhere else, that gets discussed too. A test informs the visit; it doesn't replace the thinking.

How fast do results come back?
Rapid means during your visit — typically while you're still in the room, so you can ask questions on the spot.
Can I just walk in for a test?
Testing happens as part of a visit with the provider, not as a standalone stop, so call (267) 724-9300 first. We'll find you a spot — often the same week.
Is STD testing private?
Discreet STD testing is also available, handled with the same privacy as any other part of your care. Mention it when you request your appointment and we'll take it from there.
