What we see
The things that knock you off your feet: coughs and congestion that have gone on too long, sore throats, ear pain, sinus and urinary infections, rashes, sprains and minor injuries. You don't need to know what it is before you call — figuring that out is our job, not yours.

Clinic or Zoom, whichever fits
Some visits need hands-on care. Plenty don't. When an exam isn't needed, we'll see you on Zoom — from your couch, your car, your desk. Same provider, same attention, no waiting room. And if video turns out to be the wrong call, we'll say so plainly and get you in person.

Rapid testing for flu, COVID and strep happens on site, so results come back during your visit. No second trip, no days of wondering — you leave knowing what you're dealing with and what the next step looks like.
Common questions
How soon can I be seen?
It varies week to week, but we keep room for sick visits and can usually fit you in the same week. Call (267) 724-9300 and we'll tell you honestly what we have.
Should I come in, or is a video visit enough?
You don't have to guess. Describe your symptoms when you call and Latoya will steer you toward the visit type that makes sense — sometimes that's Zoom, sometimes it isn't.
Can you test for flu, COVID or strep during my visit?
Yes. Rapid tests for all three are done on site, so most patients have results before they leave.
